2026 Course Schedule

Syston, Leicester

First Term of 2026 – Second Half

Monday 16th February – Friday 10th April

This group is suitable for anyone who can already run for 30 minutes and is designed to help you run a bit further, run a bit faster and probably most importantly, run with a big fat smile on your face!!

Run with us once, twice or three times a week!

Running in and around Syston:
Mornings – Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am
Evenings – Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm

Run30 – Beginners Run Group

8 week course starts Monday 23rd February

This programme is suitable for complete beginners. We start by jogging in bursts of just 1 minute at a time and gradually build up over the weeks to a constant 30 minute run!

A great way to start running, with a group of similar ability people for support. 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings – 10:20am

Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7:30pm

Run, Strength & Stretch

Monday 12th January – Friday 10th April

Combining running with strength & stretch work to help you run a bit further, run a bit faster and be the strongest version of yourself!

Reduce the risk of injury by strengthening muscles and connective tissues
Run faster by improving neuromuscular (brain and body) coordination and power
Improve running economy by encouraging coordination and stride efficiency
Reduce post-run soreness

  • Access to “as live” Strength & Stretch classes via Facebook Live
  • Group run sessions each week

Group run sessions take place in Syston, Leicestershire:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am. 
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm

 Virtual Run Coaching

Whether you’re a complete beginner, ready to start your run journey or you’ve been running for ages and hunting for a PB. Our virtual run coaching can work for you!  

How Does it Work? 

We start by working on the basics, where you’re at now and where you want to be short term and long term! How often you can run and also what else you have going on in your life that may help or hinder your training.

Your run schedule is emailed to at regular intervals so you can feed back on how you’re feeling and we can progress at the right pace for you!

You also get access to our Strength & Stretch programme for a fully rounded coaching experience.
